For parents and any other community members who are not with us every day, there are also many opportunities to get involved. We are looking forward to realising any of the following opportunities or talking to you personally to find a best suitable format.
- Come to observe / assist at the lesson. If you would like to see what are our lessons like, and/or could also give a hand during the lesson, this is the best way to meet and help us.
- Become a guest teacher. Based on the fields and topics that are close to your heart and experience, you are welcome to give (a part) of a lesson. The picture on the right is from the lesson with Siim Teller as our guest teacher for grade 9 last year, read about his experience here.
- Become a tutor. During the lessons, we never get to give enough personal attention to students. If you are good at English and would like to help some students to improve their English, you are welcome to provide extra tutoring for a student or two.
- Support us with resources. We are always using stationery (pens, paper, markers, post-its), books and magazines that help to expand our worldview, and games where English can be practiced. If you have any of these things extra and wouldn't mind donating them to us, we'd be very grateful!
- Support us with ideas. If you know of any cool websites, activities, programs, games, study opportunities abroad etc that could be useful for English learning and self development purposes, please share them with us! You can use the feedback sheet here on this page or post the info to our Facebook page of Estonian English Learners, or use any other mean of communication below.
- Any other ideas of your own. Let's discuss!
